FaithCentre Thrift Store and Boutique

The FaithCentre Thrift Store and Boutique is stocked entirely with donations from community members. We offer men's, women's, and children's clothing and shoes along with household goods, electronic items, kitchen supplies, books, DVDs, and toys. Sales help support the Food Bank, Pet Food Pantry, and our Emergency Aid program.

The thrift store is a multi-faceted, faith-based ministry. The purpose of the thrift store is to provide quality, low-cost clothing and household goods for our community members. For those struggling to make ends meet, the thrift store offers a clothing voucher program and holds free clothing events, such as our Back to School clothing and shoe giveaway and our Free Coat Week. The Boutique offers bargain-savvy shoppers tremendous deals on designer and brand-name clothing, handbags, and jewelry. We also carry antique, vintage, books, and outdoor wear – all at great prices.

The store is stocked solely with donated items, so your gifts of gently used clothing and household items are always greatly appreciated.

DONATIONS

Our store accepts new and gently used clothing, shoes, handbags, small household items, and books.

We cannot accept older-style box televisions, encyclopedias, or large exercise equipment. Proceeds from sales help local residents and contribute to the growth of our community's economy. You can feel good about shopping at the FaithCentre Thrift Store and Boutique knowing that your purchases help vulnerable local families (and their companion animals) remain safe and warm in their homes.

VOLUNTEERING

Volunteers make their own hours and we try to find work that suits each person's interests.

Volunteering at the FaithCentre is easy! Simply call 814-355-0880 or email nsummers@faithcentre.info to arrange a time to visit the store and/or Food Bank. Individuals needing to fulfill community service hours are very welcome at the Centre. We also understand that people are busy! We do not require a particular number of hours or a set schedule from our volunteers.
