First annual Howl-oo-ween Pet Parade. October 15th Big Spring Spirits, Tallyrand Park Bellefonte, PA. Express your creativity and dress your pet! Register by October 1st and receive a Howl-oo-ween short sleeved t-shirt and one free registration for our 5K. Early registration $25/dog. Late and day of registration is $25/dog but shirt is not guaranteed and free 5K registration is not included. Costume awards and free dog treats. Again, rain or shine!
